Cancellations can be made online up to 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. If you’re cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment start time, we would appreciate if you could let us know by calling 1-888-588-0818 or e-mailing us at info@jadeclinics.com.
Cancellations within 24 of the appointment start time may be subject to a late cancellation fee. Please keep in mind your technician’s time is limited, the more notice of cancellation you can give, the more likely it is that another client will be able to make use of that appointment time.
If you have booked a registered nurse for your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice for a cancellation. Thank you!
Level 1 practitioners have been performing electrolysis for roughly 6 months and have completed Jade's 4-month Training Program.
Levels are determined by a practical examination to evaluate competency.
Electrolysis Level 3
Level 3 practitioners have been performing electrolysis for roughly 18 months and have completed Jade's 4-month Training Program.
Levels are determined by a practical examination to evaluate competency.
Electrolysis Level 10
Level 8 practitioners have been performing electrolysis for roughly 25+ years
Skin Revision
Skin revision is available at the following Jade locations: Chilliwack; Richmond; Surrey, Panorama; Vancouver, Downtown; Vancouver, Kitsilano.

Hello, my name is Chelsea, and I am a level one electrolysis technician. Before I became an electrolysis technician, I never really knew much about it.. My amazing mother-in-law approached me about a program she was aware of through Jade clinics. She saw the potential in me and thought I would do great in this field. I looked into the program being offered and couldn’t pass it up. I was inspired by their back story and passion for helping people love their bodies again, so I joined the Jade team in September of 2022.
