Cancellations can be made online up to 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. If you’re cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment start time, we would appreciate if you could let us know by calling 1-888-588-0818 or e-mailing us at info@jadeclinics.com.

Cancellations within 24 of the appointment start time may be subject to a late cancellation fee. Please keep in mind your technician’s time is limited, the more notice of cancellation you can give, the more likely it is that another client will be able to make use of that appointment time. If you have booked a registered nurse for your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice for a cancellation. Thank you!
