Cancellations can be made online up to 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. If you’re cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment start time, please let us know by calling 1-888-588-0818 or e-mailing us at info@jadeclinics.com.
Cancellations within 24 of the appointment start time will a late cancellation or no-show fee. Please keep in mind your technician’s time is limited, the more notice of cancellation you can give, the more likely it is that another client will be able to make use of that appointment time.
If you have booked a registered nurse for your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice for a cancellation. Thank you!
Level 1 practitioners have been performing electrolysis for roughly 6 months and have completed Jade's 4-month Training Program.
Levels are determined by a practical examination to evaluate competency.
Electrolysis Level 8
Level 8 practitioners have been performing electrolysis for roughly 20 years
Electrolysis Level 10
Level 10 practitioners have been performing electrolysis for roughly 25+ years

I have been killing hair permanently for over 25 years now! It’s hard to believe and I know I look young so it confuses people lol. I had my very first client at the tender age of 15 yrs old, after I had been working reception at my mom’s clinic in Alberta. I had decided long before that time that I would do my own thing because I’m ms. Independent! But after a few months of getting to see how my mom was really helping these women, I thought, hmm this is really cool actually. So I told my mom and she was so excited! Five minutes later I was in a room learning how to do it. Twenty plus years later I am so grateful for the opportunity and the chance to help so many people feel more confidant and happy in their skin!
